By accessing or using the Gazarmas website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and pay-on-delivery in select locations.
Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. We will notify you if a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed.
You can cancel your order and request a full refund any time before it ships — typically a window of one to two days after you place it.
Once your order has shipped and is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges on items that have already been delivered. If something is wrong with your order, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.
Products sold through Gazarmas carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be made through our support team. We are not responsible for warranties offered by third-party manufacturers beyond facilitating the claim process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gazarmas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Gazarmas or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
